"Good wine is what tastes good to you, it's that simple." Now those are words to live by. Not only does he believe it, the Wine Maven of Foodweb is proving it. This website is chock full of newsletters covering everything from Zinfandel to Wines of the Rhone Valley. Each newsletter opens with an excerpt from a wine tasting series that instructs the reader on the finer points of wine appreciation. The second section of each newsletter addresses the featured wine and includes descriptions (along with correct pronunciation), information on aging and storing the wine and a short blurb on the types of food it can be served with. The final section of each newsletter is entitled "Shopping List" and consists of sample wines from all over the world representing a wide range of prices. So far, there are eleven newsletters--that ought to keep you busy for a while.
