Autograph collectors tend to collect autographs from one of two very clearly defined groups: famous people who are no longer living or famous people who are alive. If you are interested in getting autographs from living famous people in any category (sports, politics, entertainment, etc.), check out this site. An independent collector, named Leslie, has done other collectors a great service by listing addresses where he or she has reached a famous person--all in alphabetical order. To give you an idea of the breadth of Leslie's collecting interest, one page I examined listed contacts for Carrie Fisher, Peggy Fleming, and the entire cast of the television show "Felicity." (Editorial comments are sometimes included indicating whether the reply is worth your effort.) Leslie also lists bad addresses, as well as "pictures that I have had signed in person," "venue success," and "addresses that I am waiting on." Leslie even offers links to 16 other autograph sites.
