Yardsales.com is a new online service which acts as a clearinghouse, nationwide, for information and scheduling of local yard sales and garage sales. It's incredibly simple. Punch in your zip code, and indicate how far you're willing to travel to a yard sale. Click "Enter" and a list of local sales is made available to you. It's very new, thus not heavily subscribed as yet, however it seems that a service this valuable will catch fire rather quickly. Yardsales.com began in the Washington D.C. area and has become quite popular there. So, if you like to be the first person at the foot of the driveway on a Saturday mornng and beat everyone else to the exercycles, old TVs, and Tupperware, you'd do yourself a favor to check this site once a week or more.
