LAND OF THE SEQUELS II

With the release of Ultima IX, and on the eve of Diablo 2 and Final Fantasy 8, there are more sequels around than during the start of the summer blockbuster season. Here's a sleeper that perhaps did not get the recognition it deserved--Lands of Lore III. I find this game rich in colorful 3D art AND plot--a rare mix indeed. Compare to the long-awaited Wheel Of Time, which is SUPER rich in gorgeous art, yet disappointingly turns out to be a glorified FPS (First Person Shooter). Personally, I steer clear of FPS and toward role-playing games and I am enjoying LOL3. Get a preview of it here.
