What You Need to Know About Advertising Law

For those of you who own your own business, this site is one you won't want to miss adding to your bookmark file. Created by Lewis Rose, an advertising and marketing law partner of the Washington, D.C., law firm Arent Fox Kintner Plotkin & Kahn, it covers everything there is to know about advertising law. Although technical in nature, this site is very easy to navigate and has many great features. The main page offers explanations and links to everything on the site, including all consumer organizations like the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Better Business Bureau. A search engine is also available to help you navigate the 245 articles available on advertising law. There is an interactive law site, as well as a discussion forum. You can even listen to a welcome message on RealPlayer, and if you want to receive additonal information, you can either send an email or subscribe to their mailing list. If you do a lot of advertising, you need this site.
