The country-music world had extra reason to celebrate on New Year's Eve, as the Judds made their triumphant return to the stage in Phoenix. Mama Naomi seems to have won her battle with hepatitis, and the mother-daughter duo has hit the road for an eagerly-anticipated comeback tour.
