In 2012, Eva Longoria created The Eva Longoria Foundation, a non-profit family-based program for Latinas. The foundation aims to build a better future for young Latinas through education and entrepreneurship. The program aims to bring Latina issues to light. While 80{4b67ba8b923a50fd3c2d318c36d85df0f722be16ef3877469216aec8196f2e86} of Latina teens in the U.S. aspire to go to college, 1 in 3 drop out of high school and only 15{4b67ba8b923a50fd3c2d318c36d85df0f722be16ef3877469216aec8196f2e86} of adult Latinas hold college  degrees. The Eva Longoria Foundation aims to change this through career training and mentorship.
