Astronauts’ journeys to space will be televised

According to PR Newswire, two American astronauts and one Russian cosmonaut are journeying to the International Space Station on March 21st. Viewers will be able to see the event on television.

Drew Feustel and Ricky Arnold of America and Oleg Artemyev of Russia will go up into space in the Soyuz MS-08 Spacecraft. This will launch in Kazakhstan at 1:44 (Kazakhstan stime).

How will television capture the event? The television cameras, which are already set up, will cover the initial launch on the 21st. They will also capture the docking activities and the hatch opening two days later at 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, respectively.

Ricky Arnold plans to use his television time to encourage young people to go into STEM fields.
