Starbucks has announced a new, co-branded Visa credit card named The Starbucks Rewards Visa Card. The card allows its users to rack up points (or stars) that can be used for food and drinks at over 8,000 participating Starbucks. Not to be confused for the company’s famous Gold Card loyalty program, this credit cards acts as any regular credit card would – plus it gets you some pretty cool rewards.
Cardholders will receive perks such as automatic Gold Status in the Starbucks Reward Program, one star for every $4 spend somewhere other than Starbucks, 2,500 stars if you spend $500 in the first three months, and eight free foods or beverages per year.
