Swimsuit company makes swimsuits out of recycled materials

Australian swimsuit company Seapia has started making bathing suits out of ocean trash, reports FOX.

The swimsuits contain “bottles, bags, and fishing nets” that would otherwise infect the oceans. Now, instead of creating pollution, these materials will be in the ocean in a different way.

The methods Seapia uses to convert the garbage to bathing suits are also sustainable, FOX reports. Bikini sets of a top and bottom are currently selling for $110.

Seapia’s revolutionary idea is certainly going to be “making waves.”
